Brian E. Juell, MD, FACS

Dr. Juell graduated from the University of Utah College of Medicine and completed his General Surgery residency at the University of Michigan. Dr. Juell is well regarded for his work with conditions of the breast. Other areas of special interest lie in abdominal exploration and repair, vascular disorders, colorectal procedures, advanced trauma and critical care - in which he is certified, and many other aspects of general surgery. Dr. Juell maintains privileges at Washoe Medical Center, Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Northern Nevada Medical Center and other facilities.

Alvaro H. Devia, MD, FACS

Dr. Devia graduated from the Southwestern Medical School, University of Texas, and subsequently completed his General Surgery residency at the University of Utah. Dr. Devia's areas of special interest lie in advanced trauma - in which he is certified, abdominal exploration and repair, conditions of the breast, colorectal procedures, advanced trauma and critical care, and many other aspects of general surgery. Dr. Devia is currently on the board of the Nevada Hispanic Society and is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Devia maintains privileges at Washoe Medical Center, Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Northern Nevada Medical Center and other facilities.

Thomas E. Rembetski, MD

Dr. Rembetski graduated from the Boston University School of Medicine, and subsequently completed his General Surgery Residency at the University of Colorado Medical Center and the Oregon Health Sciences University. He then completed his Fellowship in Peripheral Vascular Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Rembetski is well regarded for his vascular and thoracic work. Other areas of special interest lie in abdominal exploration and repair, colorectal procedures, conditions of the breast, and many other aspects of general surgery. He is board certified in General and Vascular Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Rembetski maintains privileges at Washoe Medical Center, Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center, Northern Nevada Medical Center and other facilities.
